“SOCIAL INCLUSION” 7-8 March 2008 – Stockholm, SE

A conference was held in Oviedo 26-27 of March in
the Asturias (ES). To follow are a number of
smaller seminars/work shops based on previous
results one in Aquitaine during the autumn and
another in Stockholm in March 2008.

The seminar held in Oviedo Asturias on March 26-27th was successful
with participants from all over Europe.

At the seminar different regions presented their strategies for promoting
human resource development Stockholm Region presented a project how
to combine language training within the medical sphere in order to speed
up the process for foreign doctors and nurses to achieve a Swedish
authorisation.
Based on the result of the study and the discussions in Oviedo a series of
workshops shall be held this autumn and in spring 2008 in order to study
different angles of human resource development.
A report from the conference in Oviedo is expected this summer.
